For clients that enroll in a Whole Blue, Whole Gold, or Whole Platinum Membership and need additional exam-based follow up visits or communication support, you have several options:
​
  • You can upgrade your membership from Whole Blue to Whole Gold or from Whole Gold to Whole Platinum)
  • You can remain on your existing membership in which case you will be charged at a default rate of $75.00 per 15 minutes of provider time for additional exam-based follow up visits and/or communication support
  • You can wait until your next annual cycle begins to re-initiate your care; your electronic health record and Fullscript account will remain accessible to you according to your annual contract
​
For clients who wish to cancel their membership, you will be responsible for paying for the care you have received and will receive a refund, if applicable
